Kitchen flashcards (additional basic preposition flashcards)

Process:
Introduce kitchen vocabulary to students. Let students find the matching writing according to the kitchen flashcard what you hand out. You can write the vocabulary on the board and the students have to stick the correct flashcards above the writing. An additional exercise is to erase letters from the writing where students have to rewrite the letters into the free space onto the board.
Additional: Lay the kitchen flashcards on a table and ask: Where is the cup? The cup is next to the fork. e.g..

Game Idea:
Read and Stick - Divide students into 2 teams. Let the stronger team start the game. Stick a set of flashcards on the board and write the vocabulary below the flashcards (class spells together). Take the flashcards off the board and place them on the floor in front of the whiteboard. Each student can grab only one flashcard and they have to stick it above the correct writing back onto the whiteboard. Check the time with a stopwatch. The fastest team wins.
