How to use Flashcards for teaching Spelling Skills

There are various classroom activities using flashcards that teachers can use to teach students how to spell words. The teacher can write the vocabulary words on the board and then hand out different flashcards to the students. The students need to find the correct spelling on the board and stick their card below the right writing.

To take the activity to a more challenging level the teacher can erase some of the letters from the same words and ask the students to fill in the correct letters based on the cards they have. This will help students learn the spellings of the vocabulary words quite easily.
